- You can make order by contact us using email, whatsapp, text message or using the order page from this website.
- Orders must be made and paid no later than 24 (twenty four) hours before the planned delivery date.
- Sometimes some flowers isn’t available at time, so we will change the flowers on your order with other type of flowers. We will inform you first before, to make sure you agree with the change. If not, you can choose other product or cancel your order.
- Payment should be made after you you get our invoice’s email. After you submit your order, we will send you an email that contain invoice and how to pay.
- Payment can be made using bank transfer or PAYPAL. PAYPAL will add some small fee for the payment.
- Payment from overseas will be convert to USD using the running currency’s rate.
- After making payment, please confirm to us using whatsapp or email.
- Your order will be canceled if we don’t accept any payment on our account, 24 (twenty four) hours before delivery. If you need a fast delivery (below 24 hours), please contact us using our whatsapp +628123834289 or PM on instagram, please don’t use order page from the website.
- We only deliver in Bali’s province area. There’s some area isn’t covered by our delivery, we will inform you if your area of delivery isn’t include on our list. Some area of delivery will need additional delivery’s cost.
- Our delivery time is 9.00 AM – 4.30 PM ( Central Indonesia Time / GMT + 8 ) . Other than that time range can be made but will cost you additional delivery cost cause we using a freelance’s courier, but there’s a possibility, the delivery cannot be made outside the time range.
- Please make sure that receiver’s detail is correct. Any delivery that not success because of wrong data or other matter from order you put, and need re-delivery for second time or to other place will cost you additional delivery fee.
- Sometimes we will need to contact the receiver before sending to make sure, he / she is at place and the place is right. You need to put a note in special note / or tell us if you want your order deliver as a surprise so we don’t contact the receiver before sending.
